Mentored by Scott to teach his approach to the Meisner Technique, Erica is honoured to fly the Impulse flag in Melbourne for the last 10 years, where she teaches and runs the Melbourne branch, alongside Kate Skinner in Sydney.

Erica stepped into Impulse UK again in 2023, when she took over as Administrator from the glorious Lyn Dade. You will find her at the end of every enquiry, social post and fancy email.Graduating from drama school (BAPA) a lifetime ago, Erica is a teacher, actress, director and choreographer with over 24 years of experience in the Industry, both in Australia and the UK.

Erica is also one of the select few trained to teach the work of Niki Flacks - Acting With Passion. 
She believes Scott and Niki’s work is transformational and immensely empowering for any actor. Erica aims to instill confidence, joy, and passion in every student she works with.
